Find:

  1. One thing you can do exceptionally well.
  2. One slice of users who care enough about it.
  3. A large enough market at that intersection.
  4. A quick MVP you can put in front of them and start learning from.

Then move.

If you keep dithering on any of these dimensions, what you’re probably dealing with isn’t execution complexity. It’s an unresolved business model.
